I'm just guessing that we visited on an off time and off day. The absolute best thing about Ann Sathers is their freshly made cinnamon rolls. With extra icing. Their Denver omelet.... In fact most of their omelets are good and in line with other breakfast places. Potato pancakes are good as are their lox dishes. Service is good. One thing that's been off the last 2 times is the restaurants climate control. A bit chilly. There's street parking. The clientele is mostly thanks to the nearby university.... Think young..... Or parents touring with prospective students . Their main location on Belmont versus far north seems the age difference and influence of the neighborhood. All in all just an OK experience. If you want a mimosa or Bellini it's BYOB. Maybe I'll have lots of regular next time!!!

I have never had a bad experience here. It is my preferred neighborhood breakfast/brunch spot. Their cinnamon buns give Cinnabon a run for their money. The eggs Benedict are fabulous, I have tried all varieties and enjoyed them all.

My husband and I both love this place! It's one of our favorite brunch spots. The cinnamon rolls are amazing! My favorite thing to order is the southern decadence.

Great place with great food. Order breakfast and try the warm cinnamon rolls offered as a side. The hashbrowns are scrumptious! 5 stars for sure.
