Overall, the restaurant was excellent. The mole dish I tried was exceptional, as were both desserts. However, I would not recommend the espaghetti. While good by itself, it doesn't stand up to the other dishes. My only real complaint is that my entree was suddenly taken away from me before I could finish it despite me trying to get the bus boy's attention. That is a pet peeve of mine.

Amazing, authentic food in a small spot in Logan. Their feature in Bob Appetit got me in, but the insane quality of the food and cocktails keeps me coming. If you have a friend who is discerning about Mexican food have no fear bringing them here.

I don't know how to describe the food here except awesome. We were in the mood for vegetable-heavy dishes but boy, did they deliver some seriously flavourful dishes.

Delicious food, festive atmosphere, and always fantastic service. Share plate menu changes seasonally, with a great base menu of tacos and appetizers. Reasonable prices to boot.

Overall: Mi Tocaya gives a great combination of flavors, just be prepared to pay. The good: The food is fantastic, whether it's the peanut butter lengua, oyster and milpa tacos, duck leg "carnitas style", or the salpicon de pollo. All were flavorful, unique, and authentic. The menu size is perfect, not too overwhelming yet not too simple. The service was friendly and attentive and while not huge, the atmosphere is fun and inviting. Plus a patio! The not-so-good: The prices are too high - $44 for a pitcher of margarita? (The cheapest one). A little absurd. Some of the large plates are too costly as well. $55 for one person is too much. Atmosphere: 8/10 Service: 8/10 Food: 8/10
