Came for a quick team lunch. The atmosphere is great and the service was excellent as well. The appetizers (we got a poke dip, fried shrimp) were great. I got a salad that was delicious as well. Overall the food was delicious but never felt greasy, which I really appreciate.

Finally got a chance to try out this restaurant as we live about an hour away. I have to say this is by far the worst service we received in a up scale type restaurant. We have gotten better service at a fast food restaurant than here. The waiter had no interest in providing service she was more busy talking to one of the chefs/cooks behind the counter than taking care of us. We had to flag her down every time we needed something. And it’s not like the restaurant was busy there were probably about 10 total people eating. I do have to say the food was amazing! But I highly doubt we will be coming back due to the poor to none service we received. Sadly I am very disappointed with Earls.

Worst service of any restaurant I've received in a long time. We had a reservation and the hostess seated us immediately. There were only about 5 other tables occupied. And it took 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. The only reason we were acknowledged was because I caught someones eye and gave them the traditional passive-aggressive restaurant look of "hey come at least give me water." After that, the waitress cared very little. O really wanted to like this place but even after the terrible service the food was marginal at best. My poached eggs were quite underdone, and the bloody Maries, were just bad. This place is only about the atmosphere and no substance.

Went here after a movie. The chicken in the chicken and waffles was mostly just chicken 'rinds', no real 'meat' in it, but waffles were good. They treat you well. They got a good deal on bottomless mimosas and other brunch drinks over the weekend.
