We went in last night and the place was a mess compared to previous great experiences. Papers on the floor in ordering area. Pop spilled all over the place. One person working the counter at 6pm. No pickles left in the container so I mentioned it and 20 minutes later after we were done getting ready to leave they were refilled. The food wasn't even hot...barely warm at best. We used to love this place and never seen it in this kind of disarray. May not go back. Really went down hill and plenty of other places to spend $32 for two people and leave satisfied. What a shame! Update I received a message on my messenger about them contacting me. They asked for my address and info also they wanted to chat about it. I sent info but never responded. No problem we just won't return and hopefully they can get back to what they once was either way I no longer care!

McAlisters is awesome. The prices are reasonable. They bring your meal to the table. The portions are great. Service is good. Wish they had more locations like downtown.

Good, fresh fare. A little longer wait than anticipated for carry out. A couple minor order errors that weren't worth a trip back to correct. Solid choice for sandwiches.

This has become a favorite spot for me and a friend. The food is amazing and they have gf bread, which makes me happy. They also have amazing strawberry tea! I love the atmosphere and the staff.

The staff are really friendly and patient. I got the pick two and got the Reuben, which is one of the best I've had at a national chain. I also had the Savanah Chopped salad, well worth it if you want to try something different. Definitely enough to be filled.
