We came in on their boneless wings night. Had 48 wings for 30 bucks!!! The whole meal: 48 wings, 2 appetizers ,basket of fries. All was $56. All 4 of us got completely full. You can't beat that. Oh BTW, everything was good.

Service has slipped, apparently there is no one left that was properly trained and there now training everyone new. We used to stop here weekly and even on a packed Thursday you would get in get Hot food and be out in a reasonable time. Last 3 or so visits have provided food that is barely warm and the wait way to long for cold food. 2nd to last time the managers excuse was because it was so busy but that hardly explained why people that came in and sat next to us 10 minutes after we did got there food before we did. On last visit after an hour after the waitress took our order she came to the table to advise us she must have lost our order. And had to retake it and finally after an hour and a half got barely warm wings. My daughter pointed out that the manager was spending his time talking to waitresses, its obvious he's not doing his job, instead of being mad at these bad reviews maybe you need to retrain and or rehire a staff that can get the job done.

Service and food was great. However, I didn't like that the lemonade was not refillable like most restaurants but it's not the end of the world. I'll recommend this place!

Wings weren’t even cooked and when I ordered dry rub I got more like a dry sprinkle. Wife ordered wine and they were out. I ordered a Big Wave beer and they were out. Please don’t sweep the floors with a broom while you have customers eating. Vacuuming is one thing but not a broom. Floor by the drink station was so slippery I about fell when leaving. Just overall a bad visit. They should have invested in better staff instead of a better look.

My wife is convinced I am writing bad reviews so we can no longer eat out, but I've got a different idea and the list of places I am willing to pay for service keeps getting shorter and shorter. Service at B-Dubs Chapel Ridge (excepting the bar staff) is hit or (mostly) miss. Cold food. Incorrect orders. Long...long...long waits. There is a waitress with green hair that will toss food (likely a wrong order) on your table and run, talk for an hour to other tables, and then return to take $1 off of a 2 hour 5 top in an attempt to appease you. She may even comp the "hour wait" meal if you resort to being indignant. My wife tipped 15% because it is the "minimum." I was going to tip 5% and some information: Smiling is polite. Saying "thank you," and "please" is polite. Don't mistake my politeness for satisfied service. I'm smiling and saying these things because these are the polite things to do. I'm tipping you 5% because when you return to my table after my daughter waits an hour for mac and cheese then your service warrants 5%. 5% because I'm polite, and 0% is impolite. I know that you are going to respond, "It's the kitchen." Right. The kitchen failed to bring your manager to my table and/or respond with the smallest indication of concern or regret. That was all kitchen staff. Got it. Long Wait = Cold Food = Kitchen Staff. My wife tried to convince me that I was wrong in blaming the wait staff and/or tipping less than 15%. That's wrong. The kitchen hasn't been putting up cold food. In every occasion that we've received cold/late food it has been the wait staff at this B-Dubs that is at fault. Tonight we were told 5 minutes for Mac and Cheese (after getting the wrong order). 15 minutes later...cold food. Sick and tired of tipping 15% for 7.5% service so I'm no longer going to a half-ass restaurant. I don't know how to end so I'll reiterate, the bar staff is excellent. The wait staff? You'll get better service at the Golden Corral next door.
