Have been going to El Rodeo for decades in many different locations. Love it Love it love it. In years I have had less than fabulous food or service maybe a couple times. The Dos Equis is always better here than anywhere else for some reason.

Took a long time to order (drinks and food) and to receive the check. Tables/chairs were way too close together. Floor was dirty. The food was very plain - tasted like there was no seasoning on my husbands fish or my chicken. Only good thing was the salsa. Will not go back. Chuy's at HTC is way better than this place .

I love El Rodeo it's good Mexican food at a good price. I love the tacos and rice. And the free chips and salsa are awesome. My friend and I enjoy splitting the fajitas. There tons of food left over every time we get them and I'm able to send her home with enough food for several more meals.

Chips and Salsa come when you are seated - chips were crisp, not greasy, salsa had just enough kick, but doesn't leave you desperate for your drink! Margaritas start at 20 oz and go UP UP UP from there! Combo meals $9.99. Cute bar area, outdoor seating and main seating. Cute little candy cart for kids to make purchases on the way out. It was very busy on a Friday night (dine in, bar and take out) - but minimal weight. Staff is efficient and courteous. TV in the bar is on the Spanish channel - NICE! will visit again!

We love this place. Excellent Mexican restaurant with great food. My wife loves it and she's Hispanic. This place is good enough for her to spend money on because she always says that she can make better at home.
