We had a party of 22, the hostess and manager were great. I had come 30 minutes early to let them know. It was packed but they immediately started planning where we would be. The mgr came back and checked on us and made sure we were going to be happy at the location they were going to sit us. The server 'Justice' did not get one order wrong. We were very happy with her.

I sat at the bar. The service was excellent! Only thing that was unusual is that they differ from other franchises on how they sale their wings. You get 9 traditional wings for the same price as 10 at other B-dubs. Then the next size up is 14 wings, also for the same price as 15 wings at other stores). However, the food was very hot when it arrived, which was very nice.

Food was ok, not great. Service was horrible. Restaurant was a mess, quite a few dirty tables. Servers at hostess stand argued about who would seat us with one commenting, "Well not me, I'm about to be cut." Seemed odd they would be sending servers home when it was still some what busy and there were no clean tables to seat new guest at. From there it was typical not having our drinks filled and waiting for someone to come by after the entrees were dropped to ask for silverware and missing sides. Table of 4, 2 checks. The server mixed up the credit cards and swiped them for the wrong tabs. Lastly, it was a bit annoying to have someone vacuuming one table away from us. Isn't that more of an after close activity?

Always a happy atmosphere to come into. Travis makes sure everything is perfect for us everything we come. Best customer service around!
