Well this place is just not worth it. I was a little later coming through security and my group had already sat down by the time I got there. Our waitress, I should say THEIR waitress, completely ignored my existence. Came over to check on the guys while pretending I wasn't there. Didn't ask if I wanted a drink or any food. The check came and I pulled out the company credit card to pay for everyone else. That's when I was acknowledged. I'm going to get on this flight with a completely empty stomach b.c the staff here is incompetent, at best. Just avoid this place if you can. It's not worth it

Being in an airport you'd think timeliness would be a strong point. Literally walked out waiting 30+ min for a chicken flatbread. Not sure if the bartender never put it in or if the kitchen was responsible...not the customers problem regardless. Get it together.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Three of our colleges wanted to get a bite to eat while we waited. We stopped at this restaurant...BIG MISTAKE!!!! We placed our order, and 25 minutes later we were still waiting. Asked a waitress if she can find out what's going on w our order or our waitress since she has NOT stopped by in 25 minutes. After all, the place only had if maybe 10 clients. We waited 10 more minutes and still no food or waitress. Requested to speak to" the manager" who was a joke!! He is a joke! He did not seem concerned. Instead he decided to clean a table instead. He could care less with our concerns!! It was quite obvious; why should the staff care if upper management does NOT!! Very dissatisfied with the whole experience... would NOT recommend!!! There are many other places to eat outside security. Very disappointed!!! I see why they have such negative reviews!.

15 minutes and not one person has stopped by to greet me or take my order. Wowzers.

I was at the one on the north side Sunday. I hadn't been to their Sunday brunch in a few months. . . and won't be going back. I tasted several almost everything. Someone in my group ordered side caesar salad; someone ordered eggs hollandaise; neither were eaten
