Cheap barbecue and beer! The Philly covered in beer cheese is a heart-attack on a bun and I loved every second of those 12 inches of cholesterol. Lots of beer. Great potato salad and fresh cut fries.

Food was good. However waitress was drunk and she kept taking shots behind the cash register while she was counting her tips. For about 20 minutes. Before taking our order. She sent another guy to check on us whose job seemed to be bussing tables so she can order more shots for her and the other waitresses. We also got a nice shower of cleaning water vapor when another waitress was wiping off menus at the table in front of us. food was good. But we will not be back we gave it three stars due to the food. The only redeeming quality

I'd vote it as the best BBQ in Louisville, and there is some tough competition. Great service, plenty of outdoor seating. Great place to go with a group of 8 or so, which is sometimes hard to find in Clifton/Crescent Hill.

The brisket and fried fish are my favorites, if wanting something lighter the bean soup is a solid choice. Green beans are almost too spicy for me, but I'm a wimp on spicy. Great place to drink a cheap beer and watch a game.

This is a fun place to go. It has the feel of a local joint. It's great BBQ for a reasonable price.
