Its a cool place. A different take on fast food. I think your suppose to get a frozen custard with a Burger Combo. The fries are small and skinny. The patties look like they are made by hand, cause they look funny on the edges when they are grilled; they taste good though. There is a good selectin of custards. You can get different toppings in a cone, bowl, and something similar to a cup. Service is good, and wait times are not long. The building is new so everything is still clean. Go try it out!

I enjoy the food from here and when it first opened it would have received 5 stars. It very quickly dropped. The service here is constantly ATROCIOUS! No line, but 20 minutes to receive an order. The staff couldn't care less. Not rude, but

This was my first time ever to this chain. I ordered the steak burger thinking the steak would be thicker but it was more like a thin crispy slice, almost like bacon for steak. Otherwise I will probably will go back for a regular burger, because the W Patty Burger was decent.

Very tasty but thin hamburgers. Delicious Frozen Custard. Staff is very friendly but slow. The scoop on my $3 custard cone was small for the price.

We had a wonderful visit. The food was amazing. Bacon cheeseburger was delicious, fairly greasy. The fries are very thin and crispy, many are a bit short which makes dipping more difficult. The single, veggie burger, and fried pickles were all good, too. I would highly recommend this place if you've never been.
