Terrible service. We waited 20 minutes for just two shakes, had to go back to the counter to tell them, and they STILL took an additional 10 minutes for our shakes. There were workers just walking around, not really doing anything, when they should’ve been working. The shake was pretty good. Definitely will not be coming back.

Despite the bad reviews this place received on Google and Facebook we decided to give it a try yesterday. Our experience was a good one. There was a short wait in line to order as there were two or three people ahead of us but it didn't take long to place our orders at all..For the most part the restaurant was clean there was one booth that hadn't been cleaned yet but it happens so it wasn't a big deal to us. The floor was slippery upon entering, I almost fell and we watched as the same happened to several others. The slippery floor and the fact that they didn't have coca cola products would be my only complaint but those aren't deal breakers...The food was good! Our order was cooked fresh and it was correct. We look forward to returning to Freddy's!!

The best fast food hamburger in Baton Rouge! And it's not just the burgers that are good... The fries and frozen custard are excellent, too! The burgers are different from other fast food burgers. They are sooooo tasty, different texture and taste. The fries are the skinny kind (yum!). I live in NOLA and always make a point to eat here when I'm in BR. Highly recommend the patty melt!!!!!

My kids and I eat here every chance we get. The food is yummy. However, the staff can use some work. Not always friendly with a smile, and slow.
