I ordered the stuffed pepper with the baked mac and cheese, and it was delicious. Our waitress was very kind and courteous. The food portions for dinner or large, and our service was fairly quick. This is a nice little restaurant to bring your friends and family. I would definitely recommend Randazzo's Family Restaurant.

I love this restaurant!! If you enjoy wholesome, comfort food then this is the place to get it. From fried eggplant and fried chicken to pasta dishes and salads, you’ll be thinking ahead to what you want to try next. I gave my rating four stars only because there was two times we went for dinner and our usual waitress, Bethany wasn’t there. Our experience just wasn’t the same. The food wasn’t as tasty and the attention to detail was missing. When you go to Randazzo’s be sure to ask for Bethany. You can’t miss her, she’s the one who greets you with a smile and always remembers how you like your steak cooked!!

We placed our order at 1830hrs and the food didn't arrive til 2000hrs. 1hr 30m is excessive for a place that is 4 minutes from where we live. Online quoted 45 minutes. So it took twice as long to get the food. The chicken parmesan was over cooked with burnt crust and had little sauce for the pasta. The stuffed jalapenos were good and we got two fried shrimp as a surprise added in the box. The gravy cheese fries were good. They definitely need to try better with the other choices nearby.

The hostess (cashier/waitress) for afternoon is very unfriendly, bad attitude & act like she’s paying me to eat there. I went inside and she didn’t say nothing. She was by the counter and walked to a table once I got there. And she was helping someone with his smartphone instead of asking me what I like to order. Then once she came back to the counter, She started doing stuff stuff on the register and me, still waiting. Then I had to ask her if she can take my order. I found the following sign posted there. So can I get $10 discount for putting up with her issues?

The staff were prompt and friendly. The atmosphere was comfortable, homey and casual. The menu included a little something for everone... The prices were reasonable and they were jappy to take my friend's coupon. Oh, and the restroom was very clean...
