Great Jazz Brunch! A great atmosphere. Did the 11am mass at the Cathedral and made it to a 12:30 reservation without any issues. Got there a bit early to enjoy the bar. The place meets the Brennan's Standards. I had the pork chop - it was really good. The place is not too loud and not too quite. The music does not distract from anything. The service was great! Highly recommend for a brunch after mass!

Delicious food--steak was tender & cooked perfectly. Excellent service: attentive but not intrusive. Make reservations if you want to avoid waiting for a table. Nice view of Jackson Square from the balcony. No food/drink service on the balcony, so order your drink at the bar & take it outside--the balcony is usually open when the restaurant is closed between lunch & dinner service. Can dress somewhat casual, but I don't think shorts/hats/tank tops allowed for men.

Turtle soup was fantastic. Wood grilled yellowfin tuna was very good. Baked Alaska was awful. The meringue was soft and creamy, the "sorbet" was dairy ice cream so hard you needed a steak knife to cut through. Worth visiting, just avoid that dessert.

Surprising pleasant find for our last evening in NOLA. Warm greeting from staff, courteous and attentive wait staff and delicious food on the prix fixe menu. Only issue was the temperature of certain- the bayoubaisse and bread pudding but it was quickly corrected by the manager. It was a perfect way to end the trip.

We always try and eat here when in NOLA. Great food. Great service at the table. Really charming atmosphere. We sat in the indoor garden area. My only nit pick was the really rude woman bartender we encountered while waiting for our table. This was the evening of May 5, 2018.
