I don’t get to come often, but when I do I am always floored at the quality! From best cut meats, to premier chocolate, to spectacular service. We had the pleasure of Albert as our server this evening and he was remarkable! Most people are usually sour when they work on their birthday, not Albert. He was friendly, kind, and warm. Always greeted us with a smile on his face and gave wonderful recommendations during our birthday dinner. I don’t leave reviews often, but he was worthy to write about! Melting Pot, please admire and acknowledge this incredible young man that you have on staff! Happy Birthday Albert!!!

Great atmosphere. Good drinks. Only issue is space. They have small tables. Make feel like you limited space and you can't move much. And limited table space for all your food. Other then that I have no problem.

I have always enjoyed going to this Melting Pot, the service is great and the food is delicious. In recent years it seems like it's started getting a little dirty and outdated though. The restaurant has had a lot of customers and everything has been heavily used. It just needs a facelift or some serious TLC, otherwise everything else is great :)

This is a great restaurant. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. The food is different and a lot of fun to cook yourself at the table. I always love going there. Be sure to make a reservation and set aside a few hours to finish your meal, as it takes a lot of time. The only negative I can give it is it is very loud.

My girlfriend and I came on Jan 27, 2018 to enjoy date night. I requested roses and rose pedals set out on the table and a bottle of wine, and the staff didn't disappoint. Our Server, Andrew was exceptional. Incredibly polite and professional. He was helpful with explaining the menu and options and how to cook the food properly. He cracked jokes with us and kept the mood perfect. He was beyond helpful. If Andrew isn't in line for any type of raise or promotion of some sorts, it should be considered. He was by far the best server, I have ever had, hands down, no question. Thank you to The Melting Pot and Andrew for an amazing evening and dinner!! Sgt. Mitchell-Linton, Walker MDNG
