Not pleased today. Lots of people and movement but slow. The girl came back with food and lightly said my name then put my bag on the counter by the cashier. Is that a new system? I was standing there but didn't hear or see her. If someone else hadn't questioned it, I wouldn't have known she put my bag next to the cashier. I asked, several times mind you, for a SIDE salad. Yet I get a power something. After clarifying several times I want a SIDE salad, NoPe! Frustrating visit.

This chick fil a is so impressive! The Staff bends over backwards to help people. It is maintained incredibly and the employees are just so darn friendly! Kudos to them!

I love this Chick-fil-A! Their customer service is always on point. Even though there is usually a wait during rush tines, they work to quickly get everyone served. Even when sitting inside they treat you with top service, asking how you are and refilling your drink.

I went here last night with my son Joe and his fiance Julie for a quick bite before we went shopping. The cobb salad was delicious and the unsweetened iced tea of course is always good.

The line was very long because of the Orioles promotion. But it didn't take long to get through the line. It really went very well and very smooth considering the huge number of people who were there. Great job!
