We were large party of 12 celebrating my wife Robin's birthday. The food was great as usual but our waiter was exceptional. He was very attentive and very Friendly and personable. He made the experience a great memory. Best waiter I have had in years! We were seated by the entrance 5:00 reservation 03/18/18

From the moment we walked in, we felt like royalty. Very clean, polite and prompt. Always asking if there anything else they could do to make our event more memorable. We are going back very soon!

I visited this restaurant for my grandmother's birthday dinner which was a large reservation. The parking lot was small and congested. There are several entrances; one for the sports bars and two for the different parts of the restaurant. It was confusing finding the correct entrance. We had to wait approximately 15-20 minutes before our table was ready which defeats the purpose of making a reservation. Our table was on the upper level but they have an elevator for people with walking disabilities whuch was great. The food was average; nothing special. The actual items and pricing varied from the online menu so you might want to call to confirmed what you want is available. They staff was friendly and accompanied our party as much as they could. All in all my grandmother was happy so I was happy.

I have been frequenting Poppas restaurant for as long as I can remember. I consider their crab cakes the best, period! The last two orders I've placed from the carryout window have been less than ideal. The 1st disappointment occurred approximately 2 weeks ago. My wife and I both ordered the double crab cake platters which were littered w/ shells. We called and spoke with a manager whose main concern was focused on letting us know he couldn't do anything for us because we didn't dine in. Tonight we ordered our usual! As I picked up the order from the window, I requested 4 cocktail sauces, 1 for each crab cake and no tartar sauce. The individual at the window asked me for $1 for the add'l sauces. I explained that I've never been charged in the past. I asked to speak to a manager who reluctantly refunded my money. I get home to enjoy my crab cakes only to realize they were littered with shells again. Lando, another manger, allowed me to bring the food back and provided a refund. He was very nice and offered to redo the order at no cost. We declined.
