This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. My spicy ckicken sandwich was oddly flavorless and barely warm, like it was old and reheated. The worst part was the fries they had a horrible after taste, so bad I couldn't eat them, they obviously need to clean the old gross oil out of their deep fried and replace it. I was excited to go to Wendy's as it is my favorite fast food restaurant and they are a little hard to find, but even though this is ten minutes away from where I go to school I will never go again.

While the food is good, the restaurant itself needs to upgrade. The dining area has the same booths, chairs, and tables for the past 15 years. I wouldn't be surprised if they had not replaced their carpet yet. The place smells of toilet water, but I did not dare to go into the restroom. The staff was friendly, but they were talking extensively, which I find very uncomfortable. My advice is to avoid dining in until they upgrade their dining area.

Today we had the pleasure of visiting this Wendy’s. Now, though the food took longer than usual, the staff were very apologetic and even offered us a drink while we waited. It’s the little things that make these small inconveniences tolerable. Thanks one west mile staff.

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Bad location because of staff. Disorganized and lazy employees. The woman at the register didn’t even give anyone their receipts!

The food wasn’t so bad considering it’s fast food, but when I added something at the window that they didn’t catch one of the employees was rolling her eyes and shaking her head. If you don’t like the job you have and get paid to do, then quit.
