Food is good and fast. The onion rings and fries are great and one order is enough for 2 people easily. The burgers are good and lots of options for toppings. Probably a step behind shake shack or the like. The employees at the register are nice. My only real issue with the place is when the place is slow, you will see dirty tables and full trash cans, with half or most of the staff is out front horse playing or smoking cigarettes.

Simply great. Best burgers in town. You'll have to see the onion rings to believe them. And they taste great. It was my 3rd visit and the food was just as good as the first. I also tried the hot dogs and had a chocolate shake and they were dam good too. Can't wait to go back. Clean and friendly experience.

Rich p. I could not agree with you more in your review. I work right up the street so i order here out of convenience. The employees prepare the customers order with the complete opposite of what they ask for! happens to me and my co-workers every time. they have charged me for bacon multiple times on my orders and they never put bacon on it. the employees always say bring it back and we will refund you your money. WHY NOT JUST DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME? so annoying

The customer service here is non existent. The food is ok but overpriced and don't get a drink here because you'll need a loan! Bring your earplugs too because the turn be my six up when you tell them it's too loud. SKIP IT, go back to Five Guys!

After being in Florida for five years, I have come to really like BurgerFi and I was excited when I realized there was one in West Roxbury. However, after going last night for take-out, I will not be returning to this location. I waited over 30 minutes for my order to be ready and there were barely any customers in there. The service was really terrible. I understand most employees are young, but they spent most of their time on their phones, arguing loudly with one another, or sitting down talking with friends that had come to visit them. Other patrons were equally as frustrated, one leaving before the remainder of his order was even ready, and no one seemed to care. I understand if it was busy but to just not care about what they are doing and frankly to then be rude about it is unacceptable. Something needs to change and from reading other reviews, this seems to be a longstanding problem.
