This is my favourite Mexican place to eat! I'm vegetarian and their vegetarian combo plate is just wonderful. I usually have to take 1/2 of it home because the portions are so huge. My sweetie, not a vegetarian, gets a different dish each time we go. He tries something mew he says they are all great! The Nook has the best rice, and nothing tastes like it comes out of a can or a bag, it all tastes freshly made. The wait staff treats you like family. I love this place!

The rice was horrible! The Burrito was edible, but we both had stomach issues the following morning after eating here. Definitely not Authentic! Other than that, it was a nice place to have drinks on a date or just to hang out. Usually I'm not so brutal on reviews, but being from Phoenix, I'm always looking for great Mexican food.

Great service and good solid food too. It's a real hole in the wall...very old, dark and musty. It's the kind of place you don't expect much from. The portions are large. I recommend the combos. Definitely try a chalupa!! They are great. The salsa is mediocre but the chips are yummy! The margaritas are strong too!

We have been eating at El Nibble Nook for nearly 28 years. Honestly, we have never had a bad meal there. They offer delicious and affordable food in a clean and pleasant environment. I feel their food is better than anything I have found in Mexican Town in Detroit. It's the real thing. Oh, and the margarita are top shelf and well mixed; they aren't weak and tasteless like they are in so many other establishments. Do not hesitate to try this west side gem!

Ordered 50$ of take out and my order was completely wrong! The lady was nice at first and very apologetic, she took my information down and said next meal on us! My daughter wanted Mexican so thought I would give it another shot, when I called I was spoken to so rudely by 3 different people! Then got accused of lying because they couldn’t find my information! The hostess stated people call them everyday trying to get free food! absolutely disgusted with there customer service! 🖕
