I work in the University Campus so I get lunch here very frequently. They are always exceptionally courteous, and I receive the best service. The food is always great tasting and hot, and they've never screwed up my order in the many times I've been here. One of my favorite lunch destinations at the UofM.

Service was terrible. I preordered with the app and it said the meal would be ready at 8. I walk in at 8:01 and they hadn’t even started it. By the way the restaurant did not seem very busy. I pay then sit down to wait for them to make my meal. 5 minutes pass and a worker comes up to me saying their out of parmasian crusted chicken and ask if I’ll take grilled chicken instead. I say yes just cause I’m in a hurry and want to leave. Another 10 minutes pass and I finally get my meal at 8:15 which I preordered at like 7:45. This is also not the only occurence of terrible service here. Last time I came, about a month ago, I ordered a spicy chicken adobo with pork and when I got home I realized they had completely forgotten the pork. I called and complained which they replied that they would send a free meal coupon. That coupon never came. I once loved Noodles and Co but will likely not be going anymore because of these simpleminded workers.

For the price and quality Noodles is top notch. Mac and Cheese should be it's own food group.

Screwed up my tables order then made me come up and pay all over again because of it. Own up to your mistakes, now our noodles are cold by the time we got toppings.

Ordered pasta dishes for takeout. The pasta was so over cooked that it was a big glumpy mess. Could not even distinguish separate noodles. It tasted awful!
