Great pizza at reasonable prices (for an airport) with speedy service. I would not hesitate to recommend Black Sheep Pizza to anyone based on the food quality. The service is good, but not stellar. Recently, I visited this Black Sheep pizza before catching a flight to Atlanta. I ordered a sausage pizza with smoked mozzarella cheese. The pizza was prepared and served within 10-15 minutes, although it was just before noon and the airport was somewhat empty so I don’t know how fast the service is when it’s busy. The pizza itself was fantastic! Just the right amount of sauce and toppings with a crust that is thin and a little chewy.

I was the only customer and somehow managed to fall through the cracks. No one came to check on me and my waitress clocked out after my food was delivered. The pizza was served on a warped tray and fell off the pizza rack on the table. Even the loud crash wasn’t enough to catch the staff’s attention. After waiting and waiting I finally went to the bar to ask to be cashed out only to find 3 staff members standing in a circle talking. They all just stared at me and when I asked to cash out began whispering. I travel to and out of MSP often and will definitely never return to this establishment. Staff was so unprofessional.

Poor customer service. Waited for 25 minutes for the pizza to materialize this evening. Asked server after that who said she would check. Didn't get any update for 7 minutes which is when we asked again. She said she would go check. Came back and explained "you are next". When asked about the time it would take she said she had no clue. We decided to cancel our order because of our flight. Manager stepped in and offered free pizzas. After a little of (not so happy) back and forth we paid for the food and took our boxed pizzas before rushing to our flight. (Manager did insist she could comp the food for our delay) Over all experience - Not Nice. Advice to the management - please offer better training to your servers and evaluate performance regularly.
