I eat at Captain D frequently but this last time the clerk opened the tray to show me the meal, I was disappointed at the serving of fish. I expressed my displeasure and she closed the box, took it then showed contents to the cook. He put pleasant serving of fish in the container then showed it to me. Instant gratification! The cook didn't say a word but obliged the clerk. The clerk and the cook handled the issue professionally whereby I, the customer didn't feel challenged at all. Great job Captain D employees. Horrible experience for the first time. I never had a plate that looked liked left overs being served. The food was over cooked, I don't know if it's new management but they cook need to do better.

I love coming here. There is a lady named Roseanne who is wonderful. She works hard and fast. Extremely good at multi tasking. Very attentive. The store is clean and the food is always fresh and fast. Love love love the variety!!!

If you’d like to wait an hour for your food— this is your place. There is nothing fast about it. Not only are they slower than any other Captain D’s, but they screw up orders just about every time I go. You have to check your bag, there is usually always something missing or wrong. So why do I still go? Bec it’s the only one around and the food doesn’t taste bad at all. If you have a few hours, then stop by. If you have less than 75 minutes don’t attempt it. Trust me, I’ve been going here for years consistently. Still good though.

Nice inside since the updates. Seems new staff is nicer & friendlier. A lot better of experience today. 2pm on Saturday.
