Pepe's Bistro is a great establishment! I had the sweet potato wrap and it was delicious! Pepe and his staff are amazing as well. My one year old daughter LOVED the avocado-sweet potato filling! Also, The atmosphere is so laid-back with good tunes and bright colored walls. The best part? We're not even vegetarian! You don't have to be vegetarian to appreciate this delicious food!

The owner personally made sure we were happy. Easy to get vegan option. Food was very tasty! Every thing made fresh, so come early.

Pepe's is a wonderful restaurant. I, myself, am not a vegetarian, but I found myself enjoying the food to a great extent. The staff who was working that day was extremely generous. I heard from not only my server, but my cook, too. Overall, I would recommend Pepe's to anyone in Lincoln. The prices are fair, the food is great, the atmosphere is stellar, and it's really just an excellent place to spend time at. Check it out.

By far the nicest restaurantor I've ever met. The most delicious (vegan) food, amazing ambiance and I most be remiss if I didn't mention the great prices. Superb in all aspects!

Went here on a Tuesday during the lunch rush. It's a small restaurant tucked away in a strip mall but it still managed to be packed and we had to wait about 5 minutes for a table to open up. The atmosphere is unique with tables and chairs not matching. This is a bicycle friendly establishment and they have various bike art on the walls. Still the decorations are sparse. Service was good and our waitress was prompt even with it being busy. Ordered the chips and guacamole for and appetizer, the guac was excellent and the best thing I had. I had the tostada salad and my wife had a sweet potato burrito, both meals were OK but nothing to write home about. I will likely go back as they change the menu frequently but sadly I wasn't blown away.
