EVERY single time we go to the 168th and Maple location it takes forever to get our order and it’s always messed up! Tonight my husbands simple ice cream order was messed up THREE times!!! Everyone was completely done before he ever got his! We have lived going there for ice cream but think we’re going to have to find a new place.

If you are doing Freddy's don't cheat yourself. Get the number 7 with everything on it. Once it gets to the table add 1 serving cup of the fry sauce to it and toss a couple hand fulls of Fry's on it and smash it back together. Get ready cause you will soon be on a trip to flavor town the likes of which guy fieri would be proud of. I love this place continues to be a favorite of mine in Omaha.

The food is always good, usually even better, and the customer service is exemplary. The people are friendly and helpful. The only downfall are the prices. Otherwise I'd rate 5 stars. You can expect to spend at least $8 on most meals.

Horrible.experience. will be taking.my.money elsewhere. Dknt waste your time.comin here. Abiut the same quality burgers as mckey ds right down the street. And wuicker service to be honest. This place has gone downhill recently. Freddys does bothin about any issues.besides giving you an automatic corporate reply with an email.link and contact info. What a joke
