Food is normally great and staff is friendly. However me and my significant other had a bad experience after ordering shakes to take home. We were sat in a booth waiting just within earshot of the employees handling the custard machines and they accidentally used the wrong kind of sauce in one of our shakes. He told whom I assume to be a manager that he needed to remake it. She then said to just fill the rest up with the right chocolate sauce and that they will never know. Little did they know we over heard. We got our shakes and just left without bothering to confront about it. Other than that mishap, we have always had good experience with the place. Will recommend.

Good burgers and fries. The kids meals have plenty of food for a good price. Usually not busy and the food comes out fast. I prefer these burgers over five guys and in and out

Having relocated from the east coast in May of 2016, my wife and I truly like the food and Fries served at Freddy's! The Freddy's special dipping sauce for their thin cut fries is outstanding!

This is the first time I've been to a Freddy's before and I came away easently surprised. I went through the drive thru and while the wait was a pretty long time (around 15 minutes, the line started to move quickly towards the end), I noticed the promise from Freddy that no food is cooked until an order is placed. So that helped alleviate the long wait time. The order taker was friendly and helpful with explaining to me various options etc, and when I got my order the food tasted great. My patty melt had a fantastic char on it and the onions although not as done as I personally like were caramelized and tasted good. The burger tasted almost as good as what my dad would make when I was a kid I'd recommend this chain and location to friends whonhavent tried it yet, the only thing I would caution is to go inside instead of waiting in the drive thru and while the food is pricey the quality and service make up for it.

Who doesn't love a heaping pile of shoestring fries? The burgers and fries are great!
