Unique breakfast/bunch spot in West Omaha. First Watch (Maple) in Omaha is a great breakfast, brunch, and lunch choice for West Omaha. It can be a little hard to find the first time, but it sits right off Maple with ample parking. There are a good variety of seating configurations to serve up to large groups. I’ve eaten here a few times, and I’ve always found the service to be professional and efficient with a mix of seasoned and newer staff. The menu, which includes calorie counts, is interesting and diverse including usual and unique egg-based dishes, griddle offerings, power bowls, salads, sandwiches, and drinks including juice concoctions. The coffee is okay but not great (improvement opportunity for management). The restaurant operations are generally efficient, clean, and organized with only a few issues, such as the traffic jam that can occur between reception and billing at the very small entrance (improvement opportunity for management). The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food; overall, I give this restaurant a good rating for value. I recommend this as one good option for breakfast in West Omaha.

I'd give First Watch on Maple SIX stars if I could! A friend and I visited this location Sunday, 4/29/18, between 10 am and 11:30 am. We started by ordering coffee, which was brought out in it's own carafe. This is super handy if you drink as much coffee as we do. We took our time ordering, mostly because we were catching up and didn't spend enough time looking at the menu. Our server was extremely patient and didn't make us feel rushed while we made up our minds. We eventually ordered Avocado Toast, Banana Granola Crunch Pancakes, and Biscuits & Gravy (all to share between the two of us). Within 15 minutes or so, our Avocado Toast was brought out. It was amazing. Like, really, REALLY good. The bread rocks. It's all very fresh. Our server checked on us a few more times and then realized the rest of the food hadn't hit the table yet. This really wasn't a big deal to us, because like I said, we were catching up and enjoying the coffee. Our server brought the rest of the food out about 30 minutes after we had gotten our toast, and let me tell you, the wait was so worth it. The pancakes were crunchy and sweet, and perfect with just a little bit of syrup. The gravy on the biscuits was thick and creamy, very savory. Yum. All of it. ANNND THEN...the greatest thing happened...the manager came to our table and she thanked us for dining with them. She proceeded to tell us that they took care of our bill because we shouldn't have had to wait so long. As if that wasn't kind enough, our server came back around with a round of Mimosas for the two of us. These folks know how to make repeat customers. I can assure you, we WILL be back. The food was incredible, but the service was what made us loyal. Stop by First Watch and get there early. They get busy, for good reason, and I promise, you'll love it.

I walked into the Maple location with lot's of anticipation. The food was very good, but I think the staff should work on the way they treat people with Color. Healthy choices are made by everyone, We like to eat healthy too. Next time, We hope to be helped in the first 20 minutes please!

I was on my way to Dillon Brother's Harley Davidson, on Maple Street, saw the sign for First Watch and visions of succulent bacon, eggs, potatoes, toast, jelly and their exceptional "Project Sunrise" coffee (sorry, no sugar plums) danced in my head! Although my beautiful wife, Debi, and I are carefully "eating" our way across Omaha, I simply cannot pass up First Watch. And today, my waiter, Ken, did as usual, an outstanding job and my order came out just the way I ordered it!

Our server Don was impeccably kind and warm. He deserves 6 stars. I loved the waffles served with WARMED maple syrup. I like having the option of potatoes or greens with savory food. However, the eggs were dried out. Need to fix that asap.
