Excellent service and great food. The chefs special was a great seasonal item, and had a wonderful taste. It wasn't too terribly expensive, but still provided a good atmosphere. Very loud so be wary of taking smaller children. Drinks were good and the entire place was very clean. A line built up fast around five, and they usually have a lunch rush too, so be wary coming in unprepared or just looking for a quick bite.

My wife and I were seated quickly but then ignored for 15 minutes. During this 15 minutes 2 small groups were sat behind us and received service almost right away. Their orders were taken and one group even received their food before we were even acknowledged. We finally had our order taken and after 5 minutes still no drinks delivered to our table. We got up to leave and I asked to speak to the manager at the front door. I informed him of what occurred and that we were leaving to go get some food elsewhere. He looked like a deer in the headlights saying sorry every few seconds. No attempt to make things right was made. We use to like this place. We won’t be coming back and we will be letting everyone we know about our experience.

The food is amazing. Always a line of people waiting to get in no matter what what time it is. The kind goes quickly so don't stress on the line. If they were to triple the restaurant size, they would probably be the exact same busy. That's how good this place is!

Freaking love their ramen. I haven't been back their for a few months and they some new things on the menu, like ordering another side of noodles just to finish off the rest of the broth!? I was like 'I gonna cry and die now'. And the block pop was freaking delicious, the green tea one was interesting even tho it has drizzled chocolate and nuts on it. It was pretty good

I'm not crazy about eggs or the chicken in a soup, and don't love noodles that much, so the food here will never appetize me that much. It isn't for me, but I think the environment, even though it is small, it is a fantastic way to socialize because of the way it is set up. I thought that was smart.
