Mastro's Ocean Club is located in the Shops at Crystals. I recommend making a reservation for most evening dining. The service is amazing and it is ADA accessible. Their seafood and steaks are definitely a high gourmet standard in taste and presentation. If you are looking for a wonderful meal experience in a high class open social environment, visit Mastro's Ocean Club.

I frequent Mastro’s in LA and DC so I was excited to visit Las Vegas and finally try the one here. It was the absolute worst experience. I only gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because at least this location honors military discount like the others. Everything besides the steaks were extremely bland lacking even a small amount of salt. I had to salt every bite of food. My favorite thing at any Mastro’s location is the butter cake...the butter cake here was terrible. The cream on the inside was solidified and the cake itself tasted watery making it nasty. The flavor of the steaks were amazing....however no steak at my table was cooked even close to the temperature that it was ordered (medium was medium well close to well done and medium well was medium rare). When they brought back the medium rare steak, it was now very well done. The wait for service at the table was horrible considering it was pretty empty. The waiter did always keep our water glasses filled but anything else took entirely too long for a not even close busy night. I was extremely disappointed more so because this was an anniversary dinner for military friends and one just returned from a deployment so I wanted to treat them to a nice meal. They appreciated my gesture but said out loud that they would have gottten better food and service at Outback.

Still great food and service, but I'm taking it down a star since they have done away with their entertainment. This is Vegas... no one wants a stale dining experience! Basically, you only have so many times to make it a great night in Vegas, and there simply are too many other great steakhouses in town that offer a better overall fun experience like STK, Bazaar Meat, and S.W. to go back here. I've been to many Mastros locations across the country, and this is the only one I would not recommend. Bring back the fun, and I'll come back too.

The Concierge left us sitting at the bar over half an hour after saying the party at our table was closing their check when we first arrived. When I inquired after the lengthy delay i was told they were just getting dessert - so what's the real story? Sea Bass was well prepared - the wife's Scallops were good. It was the wife's birthday - brought a nice mini Butter Cake with Whipped Cream for her. Very good but no comps for birthday's - they charge for everything. Several other dining establishments nearby along the Strip with better food and concierge attention - Mastro's not one I would recommend.

Possibly the absolute best steak that I've ever had the pleasure of eating! I honestly can't recommend this restaurant enough. The ambience is spectacular, the service is unmatched and man are the steaks here phenomenal. If you're in Vegas and you're looking for an amazing meal... Do yourself a favor and go here. Also, the steaks are AMAZING!
