Exceptional decor, design and atmosphere. The menu includes Northern and Southern classic dishes, with an incredible amount of "out of the ordinary" products from the Old Country, especially cheeses and cold cuts. Great energy in the air, dynamic and professional staff. Creative, delicious, flavorful, impeccably presented and absolutely AUTHENTIC Italian food. Timely, pleasant, attentive service, delivered with expertise and friendliness. From personal experience, in this restaurant, the customer truly gets the respect they deserve and the appreciation for the patronage. Ratio price-quality is right on the mark. As of last night, this restaurant has become, by far, our favorite Italian spot in town. Impressive and highly recommendable.

Delicious food. Jason was our waiter. He was absolutely wonderful. He answered all our questions and had such a genuine enthusiasm about each dish. We sat for hours and talked and never felt rushed. Such a memorable dinner. We loved it.

My visits to Salute are always the best! I usually hang out at the bar. It is beautiful with a opened outdoor environment. I always feel welcomed and at home when I am here. Also, Best Italian food in Vegas!
