They probably need new staff here. We did have a large party of 12 adults and 6 kids, but waiting over an hour to get your food at 2pm on a Saturday is absolutely unacceptable. One would hope that after an absurd wait like that the food would taste really good. Unfortunately for us, that was not the case. Others in our party did not enjoy their food and my burger was very soggy on the bottom and the “medium” burger was actually well done. They did comp my burger but it was too little too late. I was also never offered a refill on my water. Overall, the food is on the pricey side for the quality and the staff is slow and should have done a better job of anticipating our needs. There is a neat old delivery truck in the back though so I gave the restaurant one star.

Very, very good New Mexican food. When our out of state friends come to town this is one of the places we go. They have a really fun happy hour on Fridays as well.

I usually really like Garduno's. Tonight however was one of the worst experiences I have had there. The service was terrible and we were very disappointed in the food.

The food was very good! The service not so much. We went there for lunch on a weekday. It wasn't very busy, but we had a hard time finding our server when we needed drink refills. If the server was more attentive they would get 5 stars.

Went here last night with my husband and had EXCELLENT service! Jacqueline did a great job making us feel welcome and the food was delicious! I love when chile tastes like it should. We will definitely be back.
