We have been coming to this location for over 25 years. Only one time can i remember when we had a bad experience here. Food is so comforting and very good. Great staff always friendly. We recommend this restaurant to our clients that come to visit New Mexico from around the globe. Thanks Monroe's😃

Not my favorite Mexican food. Chips and salsa were good. Presentation of entree was just OK. Chicken enchiladas were not outstanding. Prices are low so I guess I could put them in the category of cheap Mexican food. Albuquerque has many choices for Mexican food so I never choose this location. There is a large dining room for groups that is appealing for booking 60+ people. Monroe's did not donate a gift certificate for a group raffle that I was there for. That has never happened at the many restaurants our group schedules dinners at. Over all I give 2 stars to Monroe's.

Very good selection of food items. Nice variety for vegetarians as well. The wait staff are so friendly and attentive it make the whole experience enjoyable. One of our favorite relaxing restaurants! Take out orders are always delicious and ready when expected.

Great place to eat! Clean friendly! I love the idea that you don’t have a specific waiter or waitress instead you can ask anyone. I believe tips are shared. Great idea!

Easy to get a table and I can order a lite meal a la carte. Nice neighborhood restaurant. Primarily local "New" Mexican food but other items are also available.
