Rosemary was super helpful and very very nice. They seemed kinda of busy when j walked in. However, I placed a to go order and it was ready within 15 minutes. Super delicious food! Friendly staff, and quick. 2nd time coming here and not a single complaint. I will definitely be back!!

The food is great and the prices are better than other fast-casual chains. They face one major flaw...service. You order your food at a counter with a restaurant associate and an IPad but there isn't a large menu posted anywhere. So, people are looking through a paper menu with a line 10 people deep. Once you get through that line, you get the joy of waiting in another line to pay. The associates then bring your food to your table. The last three times I've been there, it's taken 20-30 minutes for my food to arrive at the table. Even though the wait has been long, the food doesn't disappoint for a "fast-casual" chain. The portions are a perfect size and the food always tastes great. The desserts are delicious if you want something to treat yourself!

The first time I ate here, with shortly after they opened the restaurant. It was so busy that they couldn't keep up, brought us the wrong food, brought us food that was cooked the wrong way, in a general just botched the whole meal. So, I waited half a year to come back and try it again. The food is okay. The folks seem very nice. This time, it wasn't crowded at all. The food was cooked correctly, but they didn't really have what I wanted. Specifically, I prefer my eggs poached, and they either don't know how to do that, or have some sort of Health code issue with cooking them that way. I will say that the first time I was here they did have poached eggs. Of course, they didn't cook them right and I complained about it. So maybe, they just took them off the menu. All in all, the food was okay. The French toast was very crispy and delicious. Parisian eggs were just okay. That said, I everything on my plate, so it can't have been that bad.

Fairly new establishment. Most are accustomed to sitting down and looking at a menu when ordering, but this place you pick up a menu, review what you would like and go into a serving line and either choose from pre-selected cafeteria-style Deli or go to the register and order your request from the pre menu. I ordered a french onion soup with I order and was given to me at the register. Another family ordered something similar with a different soup and it was given to them later when they sat down along with their sandwich. A bit confusing. Overall the food was good not bad for just trying out a new place for the experience

Good coffee and beautiful pastries! It's a great place to meet people to have conversation and an elegant little place in a very busy location. I was amazed at how comfortable it was there. The food is good and I enjoyed it thank you
