Food is good, service was rather uncomfortable, the young ladys and gentle man working that day were non-attentive. They were on their phones while we waited for their attention. Then instead of helping us (myself and my 4 children) they ignored 2 of my children and help a man standing behind them, they all seemed to act as if we were bothering them and the sooner we were out if their faces the better. When I finally got them to make my children their food and moved on to the register, they made me wait so the man behind us could be helped first. My children were very hungry. The cashier gave me a huge sigh of attitude when I told her that the 4 sandwichs we're to meals which was something I spoke out loud when beginning my order. It seemed to be to much of a struggle to ring up 4 cups and 4 bags if chips along with 6 cookies. It seemed as though I was just asking to much of her. That was one if the most stressful moments of my life. I was hoping to be able to just get our orders done and be out of these young disrespectful employees, way of returning to their phones. I was as nice as I could possibly be. It was when they skipped over my children, told them that they HAVE TO WAIT THEIR TURN, when it was indeed already their turn. Ny children were well behaved and did as instructed by someone who was being disrespectful, and rude to my children. The moment bhe noticed I was looking at him his attitude changed for a split second, then he decided to return to being almost hostile to deal with. I did not, excuse me; I DO NOT appreciate being treated like that.

Something is always broken or out of order. Usually go here 1 day a week before work and there is always something wrong. Twice I've walked in and was told there card reader was broken and they only accept cash. The ice machine is usually broken or empty. The toaster oven is often also not working. The entire store itself has been closed down before due to broken HVAC. Starting to think I should just pass them up and go to another location that is on the way to work.

Service is ok but they don't turn on the AC and it's unbearable to be here one minute
