This place is always active. The drinks are pretty good and the staff and Severs very attentive. Not a vegan spot but they did have one item on the menu which is vegetarian and you can convert to vegan meal. That would be the vegetables with baked plantains without the cheese baked at the top. My family loves this place. I guess it reminds them of home a bit, since the food is very hearty. But you do have to be careful appetizer plus dinner for two and two drinks could add up quickly to a hundred dollars with gratuity. The noise level is a little high so prepare yourself. And it's very convenient to get to with public transportation.

This is a local favorite. One of several restaurants/lounges owned and operated by a latino family dedicated to the Bronx. Fun environment, great drinks, always good music. And the food is delicious. It gets very crowded so get there early. They only have street parking and it's hard to find a spot in that area but worth the trouble. I have a great time every time.

Worst experience of my life. I brought my wife and my 3 young children to this restaurant to celebrate Mother's Day with the love of my life. we called in advance to make a reservation and was told they did not take reservations it would be first come first served, so we arrived at 10am when this restaurant opens at 12pm, we waited in the pouring rain with my youngest (6 months) crying from the cold. And was told there were no openings for 5hrs and only reservation holders can be seated. But how can this be when I called 3 months ago I was told they did not take reservations, overall a horrible experience and a ruined day. I would not come back and I would advise to avoid at all causes.

Been here a few too many times and I’m happy with it. I like there brunch on the weekends and their sangria. Also during the week the happy hour and lunch specials till 4 pm is great too. It does get pack on the weekends and on Friday. So if it’s a large group better call ahead or the wait time is crazy.

A very lively and pleasant atmosphere. Ceasar the manager welcomed us and made us feel comfortable. Duran our waiter was very attentive. The food was good.
