This is my favorite IHOP to come in on a Saturday morning. I come in, I sit down and enjoy. The early you come in the faster you sit simply. The employee are great, and helpful. I alway get the French hot chocolate my favorite I recommended. I also like the convenience of parking which is great right next to the restaurant which is another star and a plus. This is my favorite IHOP by far.

The service is usually very good. Arriving after 4:00 p.m. ensures one child receives a free kids meal with purchase of one adult entree. Only during one visit did I let waitstaff know I would leave, as many other diners were receiving their meals, and we waited at least 30 minutes. That being said, when the food arrived, it was wonderful, as far as IHOPs are concerned. I liked it.

Slow service. You can't get a window seat. They keep us confined in one section the rest of the restaurant is closed off. The bathroom stall is missing and messy. But the food cane quick. The people there are nice. Never again.

I got here at 7:10 To find ihop not opened at 7am as said at the door and online. I called and someone said they were still setting up that they would open in 10 minutes. They opened at 7:25 am. This is very dissappointing because i have to take my significant other to an appointment at 8 am. This is very unprofessional for a franchise that is very known around the globe. This experience was not a pleasant one considering the fact that I'm in a rush that I wanted a smooth transition. It didn't come out to be that way. They need to be more punctual with the open hours.

Last time my family was at IHOP our server was texting while serving our food and slamming down our plates and we tried to give them another chance but they closed at 7pm when the website said closes at 10pm. We've been there 7 times in 18 months and only once did we have a GREAT SERVER. If it wasn't for my daughter we would never go there, they need to get ALL NEW STAFF (PEOPLE THAT WANT TO WORK)!!!
