As other reviewers already remarked, this lousy place calls for a zero star option. Gratuity is a minimum of 18% for non-existing service. We ordered the express breakfast, which was some cheese omelette, additional three slices of toast with jam ($4), and three slices of Tailor ham ($6). There were about 6-7 other people at the bar (with about 50 available seats). 3 cooks were busy with their cell phones, at least 5 waiters and waitresses were chatting, and not doing much. After waiting for 15 minutes, we asked about the hold-up, and the waiter replied that it takes 20 minutes for the express breakfast. Our neighbor, who arrived 5 min after us, ordered a scrambled egg dish was served within 5 minutes, while we still had to wait. To our surprise, we got two slices of toast (see picture), which were cut into 4 triangles. When inquiring about this, the waiter replied: 'See, it is even four pieces, not three!' Duh?! On top of this, one of the three slices of the Tailor ham was a tiny end piece, which shouldn't even be served (see pics). We had to ask twice for the jam, while the wait staff was idling, chatting, and playing with their cell phones.

I wish there was an option to no stars. As others have indicated, everything is done via an iPad and yet you are charged gratuity for non-existent service. Our omelet had a long hair in it. When we found the manager she was unapologetic and acted as if we were bother her. No offer to remake or comp our bill. Very disappointed. Electronics are extremely valuable for our society but DO NOT AND WILL NOT EVER replace people.

This is for the airport place. Outrageous prices. Barely any human contact.

Crappy employees. Personal conversations around customers. Employees do as they please. Zero stars. Don’t waste your money!
