The food is fine. The food is not the problem at all. The customer service at this location is HORRIBLE. There is literally only one friendly employee working here (the manager is friendly as well). The workers at this Golden Crust are very easily annoyed and aren't afraid to show it. They laugh and talk amongst each other but give attitude to the customers. Today my order was mixed up with another customer's order simply because the man was too lazy to open my tray after he fixed it to make sure that it was actually my order. The cashiers do not pay attention and will go off and do other tasks while you're waiting to be rung up and they don't ever apologize or excuse themselves. Disgusting customer service. This location should hire a completely new staff and train them how to interact with and take care of their customers.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! There is one manager that is very nice, actually 2 (both men). Also one or 2 cashiers. But for the most part, they are very nasty for no reason at all! The soup is NEVER ready on time! I have to double check that I have utensils & napkins. They really need a staff overhaul at this location. The food, for the most part is delicious. More registers are necessary to handle the lunch time crowd. And the staff REALLY needs an attitude adjustment. They whisper amongst each other about the customers. Sometimes, they even PURPOSELY skip customers that they do not like. I have noticed a drop in customers lately & if this keeps up, they will continue to lose business!!

I'm only giving this experience one star. I'm a regular in here mostly after work, to go during lunch is unbelievable!!!!!! Today I decided to try during lunch, the young guy that took my order was very RUDE!!!!!. I'm asking questions concerning soup and patties, he acted like he didn't want to serve me... I brought whatever the soup was since it wasn't for me, because I would've walked out. Really need to train staff on customer service, if not, than work in the back where you don't have to be seen... My evening crew is AWESOME!!!!!
