I had a bad experience in the Chipotle I was double-charged for burrito with guacamole when I only purchase one and I realize when I got home . I did call and spoke the cashier who charge me. And he was very pleasant and he told me to come back and he will fully refund back my money . Even the burrito that I did purchase was going to be on Chipotle .I Don't live in the area and I thought that was great well the next day he was not there.I dealt with the floor manager I think she was rude she was unprofessional had a very bad attitude. she said to me why do I think I should get a free burrito ? Well i told her the cashier who made the mistake told me that. Plus i had to come all way back I don't live in the area. Had to pay again another mta fare . But she only refund me back the one burrito and that's fine but I think she was very unprofessional and I would never return to the forest hill Chipotle again

Eat here for lunch all the time, clean bathroom, food is fresh, kitchen looks sanitary. For the amount of customers they get (which is plenty), store is really clean, tables are constantly wiped, plenty of staff. Service is super fast. 1 of the better chipotles I've been too.

It’s a Chipotle. Perfectly good quick burritos. Can be a little crowded.

Communications is the issue, today late afternoon when I called to check the closing time, the lady I spoke to informed me the store is closing at 11pm, so we made a trip and arrived at 955pm only to see the door is closed, and was informed closed at 9pm for maintainance. This is not good, had they ( Chipotle on Austin St, Forrest Hills, NY ) informed me about closing early, we would not have made the trip and saved the money on Uber. Thanks but No Thanks.

While this place is good and clean, their food (at least the beef n chicken) are too 🔥 spicy. I eat spicy food, but I can't ever have my kids eat there because it's too dam spicy. They should make a non spicy version for the ppl n kids that can't take the heat.
