The location is big and nice the downside is that the food takes too long to get to your table. I visited this location before noon and it was almost empty, there is no organization on the order they deliver the food to the tables, some people sitting on the bar that order the same I did got their food first. Food was good though

I would only consider going her if you plan on sitting at the bar because they usually have space to accommodate for that. The girl at the front is easily swayed by rude customers. My date and I were waiting for 20 minutes when two ladies come in asking for seating for two, she says you need to wait like half an hour but then five minutes later, because they're upset and won't get out of her face, lets them through. So we waited more and more, and from 20 minutes, went to about an hour of waiting. It's disgusting behavior from a host. First come, first serve. The food and drinks are fine, and some of the other staff members can be nice. However, these things happen time and time again at this location and it's equally as frustrating every time.

I ordered 2 spinach artichoke dips online to pick up and once I was home ready to eat the Dip had chips inside of it as if someone started to eat both and they reheated it and served it to me. Workers are very unprofessional here my order was supposed to be ready at 8 but I had to wait 20minutes extra. Terrible !!!

My last two visits to Applebee's were very pleasant. I love the two Tiffanys. Tiffany R and Tiffany D are my favorite faces on Fridays. They are both very down to earth and sweet. Keep up the great work ladies!!!
