WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN! I was a loyal customer and as I was placing my order today and paying with a credit card I was asked an odd question by the owner " HOW DO YOU PLAN ON TIPPING THE DRIVER?" Because I was ordering for my father I actually stopped to ask "hey dad, how are you tipping?" The minute the I said it out loud I paused, turned back to the owner and asked "WHY ARE YOU ASKING ME HOW WE WILL TIP AND WHAT DIFFERENCE IS IT TO YOU? TIPPING IS A COURTESY". Now, we all know well the delivery guys work on tips so as a hard working family we make SURE that we tip them every time! I was appalled when the owner kept on saying how his driver claimed that we NEVER tip. Perhaps he confused us for a different house!?! Regardless, what right does he have to accuse us and ask such a question. I was a loyal customer to Victorio's but man!!!! Not at any more. I am actually offended by his remarks knowing how well my family and I treat others. 1. As an owner you NEVER ask your customers HOW ARE YOU GOING TO TIP as it is a courtesy and NOT an obligation. 2. He went on to tell me "It's how they get paid" - how is that any business of mine?? Obviously, you need to compensate your workers - so it's the customer's fault they're not getting paid???? I have never in my life experienced anything like this from a restaurant OWNER. Victorio's must be booming and not needing any loyal customers for making such an accusation towards me and my family.

My husband and I love coming here. The staff has been more than accommodating with my almost vegan diet. Everyone has always been friendly to us.

Most rude owner I’ve ever met. I guess if you can get the staff to take an order on the first try, get it to your house without forgetting something and the food is warm it is a win for them. You’ll get better service at a dirty water dog stand in the city.
