I LOVE the Pressley Park Restaurant! The staff is wonderful and really makes you feel like family. The food itself is always amazing, no matter the day you go. The restaurant is always clean. I suggest the salmon croquettes!

I was there on Tuesday morning about 7:30, I was standing in line. There was a few people ahead of me when i heard a lady yell at another employee to collect cash so around the corner came a black female that proceeded to cash the people in front of me out as i got closer to the register she greeted me and asked was i needing to be helped as she was taking my order the lady came up to her and said Taylor take line 1 she then told her that she was taking my order and the lady she called by the name of Krystal told her she didn't care and that she told her to take line 1 and she didn't want to hear any back talk. I was at this point very upset and appalled. Taylor told her to put them on hold and once she finished with my order she would take care of them. Taylor finished with my order rang me up and put the order in at this time the Krystal lady came back and told her to get the next person when she was going for the phone I stood there and watched Taylor do as she was told but in the mist of her doing what she was told she was asking the Krystal lady about the gentlemen order he placed over the phone who was there to get it. I heard Taylor ask Krystal several times about the mans order. When she finally came to assist Taylor with the mans order she had a nasty attitude and told Taylor in front of all the customers that her service was no longer required and she could go home. Taylor walked off got ny food for me and handed it to me and walked out the door. It is clear that this lady was very rude and nasty toward her employee and when i called back to file a complaint no one ever came back to the phone and i have been back several times this week and have yet to see Taylor back there and when I inquired about her whereabouts I could not get an answer but the Krystal lady is still there and won't even give me the respect as a customer to look me in my face or even speak to me. It seems as if she won't even wait on me as a customer but sends others to do it. If she is a manager she needs to be retrained on how to speak to her employees as well as how to treat customers of color as well. I wish I could get in contact with Taylor and let her know that if this is how she is treated all the time she needs to file a complaint with the EEOC. I will also be posting this review anywhere else this company has a place for reviews because i was very upset in how i was handled as a customer and how the employee was handled as well and everyone should know about this.
