This place was everything I hoped it would be. I love chicken as much as the next person so my hopes were high that this southern fixture would deliver. I was not disappointed. The chicken tasted amazing. The waffle fries were delicious as well. My only gripe would be that different locations seem to have different size strips. At one restaurant they were thick and meaty, but at a different one, the were smaller and less plump. Regardless, they were still tasty. P.S. Don't let the long drive-thru lines deter you. The service is super fast!

They forgot more things in the order than I thought possible. Didn't even give us straws. Guy behind the counter was more focused on talking to his female co-workers than his job. Really can't say a good thing about this location in what is otherwise a great franchise.

We always try to avoid this Chick-fil A, but every time we do grab a bite to eat, it has always been an unprofessional experience. Today a team lead gave me a dirty look after ordering a coffee that I didn’t know the size my husband wanted. (No greeting or nice comments or even a smile from this team lead) He was definitely not pleasant the whole time of my ordering process. Every Chick-fil A is awesome but some odd reason this one stands out in a negative way all the time for us. The vibe is not like the other Chick-fil A. I’m not one to complain or write a negative review but after having so many experiences with this Chick-fil A, I figured it is time. it’s pretty bad when it’s the manager or the team lead that’s like this..... I would give a negative number but the lowest is 1 star 🙄

Very friendly staff you can tell they really push for good customer service. Food was good. Did ask for no pickles and got them anyways but o well I understand they were very busy as well. Wait was about 10 mins. But worth it.
