Great service and always delicious food! Wish they always had the second line opened. I’ve come a few times and only one is in service and the line is typically wrapped around the building. Originally I had a 4 Star and downgraded to a 2 star due to experience with the mobile ordering system here. To go orders placed in advanced are definitely treated with any priority. I ordered in advance and watched every person in drive thru and go through the inside line get their orders in and food before I did. I waited 15 min to finally get my order

The Chik-fil-A at Rivergate is clean, with friendly and quick service, even during the hectic Monday noon rush. The food was fresh and the waffle fries were near perfect. I've been to other sites, but the one at Rivergate tops the list. Good job to the local manager and staff there.

Wish there was another Chick-fil-A near by...they forget something from my order nearly every single time I go. I can count on one hand the number of times they’ve gotten my order correct and/or give me everything in my order without having to be asked again for it. I’ve even placed a large order for a company I work for with them and they didn’t have anything ready by the time I was promised. I paid additional to have it delivered (.5mile away) and they told me they couldn’t do the delivery because there was no one to deliver it. I ended up having to pick it up (later than promised) and eat the delivery fee. Forever disappointed in this locations service.

Always good at chick fil a. The people r great and there food is always awesome. Best chicken around. Tried the grilled chicken and egg the other morning and it was the bomb. Gonna try the chicken stripes today. Will b my first time.

Food is still good but the service is getting slower and slower. This morning it took over 10 minutes to get my chicken biscuit and drink. Regardless of the time I go, the service has been noticable worse over the past few months.
