I love chipotle and this is the closest one to my house.. I come here several times a week.. However the nightly/weekly crew needs better management... They are a little too disorganized and unfocused.. They take their time and the lines get busy fast.. They were sweeping while having conversation on the phone and most had a not want to be here attitude... They lack some professionalism and focus.. However the food was good like always so the cooks are great! The place was clean andd the light skin cashier was sweet.. I come here on the weekends and they definitely do better.. Night crew just needs a pep talk and some focus ✊

I can’t believe how long the line can get! We came in for a dinner Friday night and the line was almost out the door. We stayed in line for probably 10 to 15 minutes before we were able to order. Once we order the food and didn’t take but two minutes to be made but that initial 10 really made it feel like we were in there for a while. Staff was friendly and the restaurant was very clean. We’re going to give it another try.

Portion sizes continue to dwindle, and I honestly can't believe how small my bowl was on yesterday's visit. I wasn't able to ask for more because the small light skinned girl was trying to prepare 3 orders at once by herself 🤔. Customer service is disappointing overall. When asked to add "a little more" (to make a normal size bowl) there's nothing but negative attitude I've received the past several times I've gone. The last visit, which was just about a week or two ago, it was a Latino girl making my food and when asked for more veggies, straight attitude, ..more lettuce, she gave me like 2 more strips and then gave me the tiniest portion of cilantro on the side. She had The worst attitude, which reflects extremely poorly of your organization. Again, very disappointing as this location is right around the corner but it's not a place I want to spend my money. I'll be driving the extra miles to go to the University location. Corporate would do well to look into this location, as you will continue to lose business.

Just passing through town on a weekday afternoon... Staff was super friendly, the food was fresh, served in healthy portions, and the place was clean. Couldn't ask for more from a fast food joint!

Employees are rude, not friendly at all. I goto this Chipotle as a last resort. This most recent visit, there was plastic in my salad. Definitely no real management here either.
