Very Slow service with only very few customers there. Order our food to go an not only have to wait awhile to get our food. When I Get the chicken Pita Home And sit Down To Eat what I Thought was going to be a Good Chicken pita. The Chicken Is Burnt An hard to chew. So Just Ate the fries and couple bites of the chicken pita. Called A Day Later To let Them know about it because the night we got it, It was to late had to get my daughter in the bed an next day I was to Busy to go back. So I called to talk to a manager to see what they could do an they said I had to come back up there with the food and receipt! They couldn't make a better one or give me my money back unless they saw the food. I will Not Go Back To This Showmars. Bad Cook And Service..

So today for the first time I decided to give Showmars a try on my way home, and I must say I am VERY pleased. The staff greeted me immediately when walking in, everyone was attentive and working. Great customer service!! When seated my food arrived shortly after and was served fresh and HOT(and tasty).I must say I will definitely be returning.

Delicious food, the wait staff is always very sweet and helpful! The people that run the cash register are usually unhelpful noobs. But the last time we were there a girl obviously knew her stuff. The noobs teach us patience, but really, don't be scared to ask your boss for help!

Always quick service and wonderful food. They recently changed their location and the shop is considerably smaller and more hidden in a shopping center; whereas it was not before at Akers Center. I think the move was a poor business decision, but glad they are close to my home in Lowell. :) We eat there several times a month. Gyros are the best! They have great dessert options, too. Never a bad experience...great portions, too. Lively little place and family friendly.

I normally love Showmars but this morning was a mess. First, I was forced into an upsale I didn't want and kept refusing. This has never happened to me before at a Showmars, nor any other place (i.e. where they won't take "no, I only want the sandwich" for an answer). I said it several times and they even told me it is cheaper to have the meal. I said how when I only want the sandwich and have no interest in sides and drink. After a lot of fast talking and having coworker agree it became 2 vs 1. I was told it's two dollars cheaper even though I argued that point with them based on menu prices. Somehow 6.99 is $2 cheaper than 5.25. Then told them it was to go more than once and they didn't put that in and had to have it confirmed once they saw us waiting. In regards to the food I was never asked about any of the sauces and surprise received none--including on two sandwiches--dry and no tartar at all on either. Finally, not until I was home did I notice there were no lollipops with the kids meal. That has never happened before at any Showmars, which is why I never checked, and suffice to say it caused upset for my son who looks forward to it. I will go to the restaurant but not without my husband so I don't have to deal with being talked into to paying for things I don't want!
