Two stars for the service. Came here out of a reccomendation from a friend, ordered the chicken platter, onion rings and a root beer. Got the root beer about a half hour after I walked in there, got my food about 20 minutes after that, and the three parties who all walked in after mine got their food and drinks before we did. We ordered one milkshake and it took almost an hour to get to our table. The food was incredible, aside from the skimmed BLT with no mayo. I don’t know what their server was smoking. She was very kind, but not focused in the slightest. It felt like we spent two hours there. Never going back. Would have been one star, had the food not been amazing.

I visited a Hwy 55 at Myrtle Beach a few years ago. I enjoyed the food, and the service was good. Unfortunately, my recent experience at a Hwy 55 in Charlotte did not measure up my last experience. With only two other customers at the time, I figured my coworkers and I would enjoy a quick lunch. After waiting for 30 min, I knew I had chosen poorly. When the food arrived, it did so one or two baskets at a time. Half of it ended up with the wrong person. The relief at finally receiving food dissipated quickly as we bit into cold fries, overcooked tenders, and bland burgers. Only the fried pickles were hot and edible. The tots and tenders tasted like the fry oil needed to be changed. We left half of the food on the table because we couldn't stomach any more. I know that not all franchise locations are created equal. I just hope I don't have to go through this experience again before I have another good one.

I owed this review from last year since I'm overseas now. I used to live right on the corner from this location. Love their chicken wings!! Great customer service every time I visited them. Food was good. I'll make sure I stop by next time I go to Charlotte.

Sign out from says 1.99 milkshakes or onion rings from 3-5 on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I came on a Tuesday at 4:15 and the server told me the dates for the special were Monday, wednesday and Friday. Asked for cookie dough ice cream, they were out. Asked how much the pint cost ( it was on the menu but without a price), she said they didn't serve that anymore. You many things wrong in one visit. Oh and I tried to call the store and inform the manager, just in case they wanted to update those things. No answer.
