The food is fantastic and reasonably priced, but the poor service and horrible atmosphere just make you not want to come back I mean the Pho is great. Well made, extremely flavorful broth . . . some of the best in the Triangle. But literally everything else is bad. The service is slow and they don't seem to care whatsoever, as if they're half asleep. The restaurant itself is falling apart at the seams. Dirty, dingy, the tables are sticky and nasty, the walls and ceiling filthy. It looks like they started painting and gave up leaving the job half finished. The sign outside is half held up with duct tape and the hours are scrawled on the wall. It almost looks abandoned. If they just hired a decent server or two and spent a few days cleaning the place up it would be 5 stars. I really don't understand why they don't put forth that basic effort.

I love this place! The people are very friendly and helpful and their food is AMAZING! I found this place on accident and now I eat there frequently on purpose. Doesn't look like much in terms of decor, but the taste of the food will make you think you're eating in a palace. Go try it!! ☺

1 of the top Pho places in Charlotte. I love this place. There is enough attention on you to get your meal and make sure you don't need anything else and then is off to the races on the pho. I freaking love this place.

Very disappointed. My boyfriend and I just left here. We were the only ones there and we were seated and brought water. Never was we asked what we wanted to drink nor did we get refills. I began to order and asked what was lemongrass and the waitress just said “lemongrass”. I ordered it bc I wanted to try something new. When I got my food it was an overwhelming smell. I attempted to eat the food but the smell and taste was unbearable. The waitress never asked how was the food or if there was a problem. I asked the checkout guys could he take the food off and he said no. There was no apologies or nothing either. Never again.
