Edit:. Was in area so dropped in. There was only one other couple that showed up at the same time, other than that the place was empty. HOT...I was told AC works but that's as low as they are allowed to adjust it. I had to fan myself with a paper bag I found on the bar. No waiter to be seen for 10 minutes. It took forever to get our drinks ordered. After that it was all good. ******** Wow!!! Drove 1 1/2 hours to eat here. NOT disappointed! Holy Good!!!!

FOOD: 5 STARS: The food is amazing. I've ordered from here several times and I am never disappointed. The veggies are fresh, and seasoned well. Great vegetarian options also. SERVICE: 3 STARS. One MAJOR PROBLEM: In the evenings they do not answer their phone! This is incredibly annoying when attempting to place a take-out order. This has happened 3x so far, which makes me assume that they get busy and purposefully take it off the hook. They need to address this, because it's highly unprofessional. I removed 2 stars because of this continuing inconvenience.

Well prepared food, pleasant atmosphere, quick and courteous service. Good place for lunch or dinner.

I remember coming here a few years ago and really loving it. This time was a disappointment. I called to order takeout on a Monday night, just soup and curry. They said 15-20 minutes, so I showed up about 15 minutes later and was told it would be another 5-10 minutes. No problem, I wasn't in a hurry. While I waited, I looked around the restaurant. I've been a server for years... It looked like they were very understaffed, maybe one server, one busser/runner, and one bartender/sushi chef. Tables waiting for several minutes just to be greeted or to pay their check. Once my food came out, it had been over 40 minutes since I'd called. The curry tasted good, but was mostly bamboo shoots and a few pieces of chicken. I probably won't be back, it wasn't worth the $20 I spent.

I could go into the science and details of all that was bad, but to sum up, the food was just plain bad, especially for the price. Service? None. Probably the worst dining experience my gf and I have had in Raleigh.
