Was hungry and looking for a Burger King joint... pulled up and all the outside lights and signs were off. Checked the website and it said they closed at 12 am. Got my order and had me park in the side to wait for my order which isn’t a big deal. When they brought my food out they just handed the bag to me and didn’t say a word which I took as disrespect. It seemed to me they wanted to make it appear that they were closed so they would get less work and milk the clock. Not good business. SMFH

This is my go to spot for breakfast, the line moves relatively quick that's if whoever is in front of you know what they want and not ordering for the neighborhood....

This Burger King is one of the most unprofessional fast food restaurants I have ever been to! There is always an extremely long delay during lunch time & to make matters worse, you don’t EVER receive decent customer service. You can tell the people working do not value your time or hard earned money you are spending at this establishment. They curse in the drive thru, roll eyes, greet you with an attitude & display a nonchalant demeanor while FINALLY giving you your food. Waste of time and money!

Bad Service... I wanted a veggie burger... it was 11:00am... lady at window said they needed 5 mins I said no problem I would wait and come in... 10 mins later I was trying to give them time... I went into restaurant to a young guy who obviously didnt get enough rest previous night ... got my order wrong and was so rude I walked out..I didnt trust them to make food.. I would give this location zero stars

Every time I've been to this location I've been disappointed. Each time I thought to myself afterwards, "oh, maybe they're just being rude because they're having a bad day", or "maybe they just forgot half my fries by accident", or "maybe they reheat the veggie burgers differently than other burgers and that's why its still frozen in the middle". I've had completely unsatisfactory experiences every time I've been to this location, but idiotically, each time I've made excuses for them. Today, I have finally come to the realization that this must just be the shittiest Burger King on the planet. The employees are mean and rude even if you are sweet as pie to them, and you have a 99% chance they will not prepare your order properly--whether that means skimping you or straight up not cooking it thoroughly. If you want what you ordered and to be treated with any degree of civility, I highly recommend literally any other drive-through.
