Fairly typical Greek or Albanian restaurant. The menu is vast. They seem to specialize in nothing and use the shot gun approach. I guess the theory is there has to be something on this huge menu you'll like. Any way the food is good the service is also good and fast and the place is clean. Likited parking but it seems to match the size of the dinning room.

Server was awesome. Very attentive and seemed eager to make our time enjoyable. Although it was fairly busy she never made us feel rushed. The Food was great also. Kudos to the chef! Everything we asked for was done without having to send it back for a redo.... 😀

One of my favorite restaurants in Winston- Salem. HUGE menu. Great service and best of all very tasty food. There is something for everyone. Never have been disappointed... all guests have enjoyed their food as well.

Great home style comfort food. Service is fast. The only drawback for me is how crowded the tables are, but Cagney's stays busy. Everyone loves the restaurant!

We had great fast service and a friendly waiter. Pretty much your basic diner scenario, so things were what I expected for the inexpensive prices. Warm cheery environment. A great family restaurant!
